Love is the nature of God, God love:
God of his love was said about him: "No one has greater love than this to put one himself for his loved ones." (Jn 13:15), and He made Himself truly consumed and really excited to give us His life.
Adam was created in his image, so Adam was full of love because God was love, and Adam's love was all for God, he could not find his favor except in God because it is in the image of God. God says to myself with the sons of Adam (Matthew 8:30) To God, God's love for Adam was in a paradise called Eden and Eden. A Hebrew word means joy and joy. Adam lived in joy because of this mutual love with God. When Adam fell, it was said that the Lord God brought him out of the Garden of Eden, meaning that when he was shaken and said Adam's love for God he lost joy and entered sorrow into the world, and it was Adam who hid from God because of his fall. From this we understand that joy stems from the love of God, this is true joy, but the world does not give joy but gives pleasures. A man makes a mistake and calls it joy.
The difference between true joy and sensual pleasure:
1. Delight is temporary and linear as the light of lightning, but joy is like the light of the sun.
2. The pleasure can not triumph over the external pain, but the joy is victorious. Therefore, the martyrs die in joy, not afraid of death because of the joy within them. The joy that God gives him can not be taken away from us. Jesus Christ (John 22:16) Because of this, the Bible says, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might." (Deut. 5: 6). God has asked for this to guarantee us joy, not because he needs the love of one.
3. Delight is the gift of the flesh while joy is a gift from God.
And when man lost paradise, joy was lost, so was the redemption and the spilled of the Holy Spirit upon the baptized, and the Spirit poured the love of God into our hearts (Romans 5: 5). Thus, we find that the fruit of the Holy Spirit is love, joy, and arrangement. It is not random, but as we have seen, joy comes from love, but to note that joy is not a feat. We do not make joy, but it is a gift from God. Jesus says: "Now you have sorrow (the world is full of tribulations, and the sadness that is in the heart of God is to grieve for our sins). But I see you and your hearts rejoice. (Jn 22:16)
But an important question arises ...
If God is the source of all love in the world, why is God recommended to love? Why is it a will while it is a gift ?!
Why do commandments like: Love the Lord your God? A new commandment I give you to love one another. (John 13:34). Love your enemies (Matthew 5:44). Why is the commandment that gives love?
There are two types of love:
1. Natural love: as a mother's love for her son and husband for his wife, etc. This love is liable to be lost. "If a mother forgets her baby" (Isaiah 15:49), then natural love can change and even be lost. These belong to the old man. Therefore, it is not a justification for a human being to enter heaven. The Lord says, "For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have?" "Do not the publicans also do that?" (Matthew 46: 5)
2. Love is a gift from God: This belongs to the new creation. This is what is said about "if anyone in Christ is a new creature." (2 Cor. 17: 5) This new creation is the fruit of redemption and the work of the Holy Spirit. "But by His mercy He saved us by washing the second birth and renewing the Holy Spirit, which He poured out abundantly upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior." (3: 5,6) Therefore, it is the fruit of the Holy Spirit that loves Him. (Revelation 15: 6) This creation is saved because it is in Christ, fixed in Christ (John 4:15), Christ is life (John 25:11), and the sign of steadfastness in Christ is to have love, 1 John 16: 4) And the fruits of this love are everlasting life, for Christ also is the life in which we abide, and the sign that we have this kind of love to love even our enemies. Thus, Saint John says in his first letter, "We know that we have moved from death (old man) to life (the new creation) because we love brotherhood. He who does not love his brother (still in the case of the old man) remains in death. Whoever hates his brother is a murderer of the soul. "(Himself is) (1 John 3: 14,15).
See the words of Jesus Christ: "As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you, be steadfast in my love" (Jn 9: 15).
As the Father loved me
The Father and the Son are not separate people, each one loves the other. When the Father is said to love the Son (John 5:20), or the Son loves the Father (John 31:14), this is not separation. This is like "I am in the Father and the Father is in me" (John 10:14) + (John 10:38). Meaning that they are one with love.
I also loved you
Also, as I am in the Father and the Father in love, so I have been proved in you, and abide in love. And the Son loves us to the end (Jn 1:13). It is the nature of love which has become the nature of the grandfather
